What is a Transitioning Membership?
The Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association (FWHRMA) provides active members who are unemployed at the time of membership renewal (December 1st - January 31st) a one-time opportunity to extend their membership for one calendar year at no cost!

FWHRMA believes this continued affiliation to our loyal members will help transitioning members stay current on the issues impacting the HR profession and provide them with the needed resources to assist them in their job search.

Who qualifies for a Transitioning Membership?

Any FWHRMA member who is unemployed at the time of our chapter's annual renewal (December 1st - January 31st) and has been a paid member of our chapter for at least one year. The member must be unemployed at the time he or she applies for a Transitioning Membership.

Student members do not qualify for Transitioning Membership status.

Transitioning Membership is determined through an application process. The Transitioning Membership Application (see below) must be completed and emailed to the Vice-President of Membership and the President Elect who will review for approval.

What benefits are included with a Transitioning Membership?

FWHRMA members with Transitioning Membership status will continue to receive all FWHRMA free and discounted member benefits for one calendar year.
