ANN DUNKIN
President
Ann Dunkin has managed metroplex divisions of Paralegals Plus, Inc. (a staffing and recruiting company) as Vice-President since 1993. Previously Ann was a law firm administrator, specializing in human resources. She has been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators - Fort Worth Chapter since its inception, and she currently serves on the advisory boards of Tarrant County College - Northwest Campus and Arlington Career Institute. Ann also serves on the Personnel Committee for the YWCA and is a member of the standing Paralegal Committee with the State Bar of Texas.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, Ann has a degree in Political Science. Her primary extracurricular activity involves music, and Ann sings with church choirs as well as the Fort Worth Baroque Society, performing several times each year. She and her husband, Don, are natives of Tarrant County and enjoy a wide range of hobbies, including being avid Texas Rangers baseball fans. Ann has been a member of FWHRMA since 1997 and has served on the Board of Directors since 2005.

Andrew Pryor

Department of Great People and Fun
The Beryl Companies
As the Vice President of the Department of Great People and Fun, Andrew oversees all aspects of the Beryl co-worker experience.  His responsibilities include the recruitment, development and retention of Beryl’s talent by leading the Human Resources and Training.  With more than 23 years’ experience in progressive human resources management, he is skilled in Change Management, Organizational Design and Employee-Focused Initiatives.
Immediately before joining Beryl, Andrew served as the Director of Human Resources and Senior Business Partner for Bell Helicopter’s Research and Engineering Division in Fort Worth. Previously he worked for ten years at Nokia Mobile Phones, in such roles as Employee Change Manager, Culture Development Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager.
During George Bush Sr.’s presidency, Andrew received the honor of being selected as a White House Intern.  While working at The White House, Andrew served in the Office of National Service and facilitated screenings for the President’s Thousand Points of Light initiative.
Andrew holds a degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington.  He served as President of FWHRMA in 2006 and served on the Board of Directors of FWHRMA from 2002 – 2007.  He has also served on the Advisory Board for the UTA Business School since 2007.

DANYELLE KEENAN
VP Professional Development
Danyelle Keenan has a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University and earned a Masters of Science from University of Texas at Arlington in Human Resource Management. She has also completed her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.

With over 12 years experience in Human Resources, Danyelle has worked in various industries: manufacturing, distribution and warehousing, commercial real estate management, education, and one short stay at a failing dot com. She currently works an Independent Consultant for small businesses.

ANGELA ROBINSON
VP Legislation & Legal Affairs

Ms. Robinson was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on February 17, 1953. She graduated from the Georgia Baptist School of Nursing in Atlanta, Georgia with a Diploma Degree as a Registered Nurse in 1973. In 1977, she graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree and received her Juris Doctor Degree in 1981 at the University of South Carolina Law School, Columbia, South Carolina where she was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law.

Professional
Ms. Robinson practices primarily in the area of labor law and insurance and reinsurance litigation. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, National Association of Professional Employers, Trucking Industry Defense Association, and Dallas, Tarrant, and Parker County Bar Associations. Ms. Robinson has served as Secretary to the Board of the Trucking Industry Defense Association, as a Legislative Representative in South Carolina, and currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Better Business Bureau and Vice President for Legislation & Legal Affairs of the Fort Worth Human Resources Management Association. Ms. Robinson is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, Supreme Court of South Carolina, Supreme Court of Texas, Federal Court for the District of South Carolina, Federal District Courts for Texas, and State Courts for Texas and South Carolina. Ms. Robinson was an Associate Professor at Widener School of Law, was a faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and has lectured extensively throughout the United States. She was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law and named Outstanding Woman of the Year. Ms. Robinson has been accepted to the ARIAS-US and is currently working toward her CPCU designation.

CAROL WORKMAN
VP Diversity & Workforce Readiness
Carol Workman is currently the Branch Manager for Kelly Services. Carol has over 22 years of staffing experience and was previously the District Manager of Manpower for over 15 years. She started her Human Resource career with Southwestern Bell and later worked as a Supervisor in Customer Service. Having a passion for sales and Marketing, she then Supervised a sales and marketing team .After 18 years she returned to Human Resources and Business Development in the staffing industry.

Carol has been a member of FWHRMA since 1990 and has served on the Board as VP Membership, VP Community Relations, President, Past president and VP Diversity. Carol serves on the advisory board for Tarrant County College, previous Board for Friends for Fort Worth Firefighters, and is active with the FWISD Adopt-A-School Program and volunteers for the Downs Syndrome Association. She currently serves on the Ridglea Country Club Membership Board and completed a 2 year term on The Ridglea Finance Board. Her favorite fun adventure is spending time with her 4 grandsons! She is an avid golfer and loves taking her chocolate lab, Boomer, duck hunting or swimming at her lake house in Granbury

Martha Newman
VP Marketing
Martha M. Newman, J.D., PCC, is a credentialed Executive and Professional Coach and owner of Gain Your Goals, Inc.  In her private practice, Ms. Newman specializes in coaching business owners, managers, and C-level executives in leadership, career advancement and time management.  Additionally the University of Texas at Dallas retains her as part of its Executive MBA program to coach students who are pursuing their EMBA degrees.  Ms. Newman is past Vice-Chair of the Fort Worth Zoning Commission and a former television news anchor and reporter for WFAA-TV in Dallas.

DAN DALTON
President Elect
Since 1995 Dan Dalton has worked in various HR roles as Trainer, Recruiter, HR Generalist, and most recently as a Director of Human Resources.

Dan has worked in the Banking industry with JP Morgan Chase and Southwest Bank, and the Health Care industry with, Texas Health Resources and Voyager Hospice Care. Dan is also an adjunct professor at UTA and DBU and has facilitated in the PHR/SPHR training class for FWHRMA. Dan has held a HRCI certification since 2005 and is presently SPHR.

Dan earned a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Southwestern University and a MS in HR Management from UTA. In addition to serving with FWHRMA, Dan is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Christian Women�s Job Corp.

DEBBIE FORESTER
VP Events
Debbie Forester is Manager Human Resources Employee Relations for Chesapeake Energy.

Prior to joining Chesapeake, Debbie worked eight years in Human Resources for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway and has spent the last 20 years in various roles of HR. She holds a Bachelor�s of Business Administration degree from Tarleton State University.

Ms. Forester currently serves on HR advisory committees for the downtown YMCA and the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. She is on the membership committee for the Fort Worth Club and has also served for the past 16 years as a Superintendent for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.

Debbie has been a member of FWHRMA since 2000 and is serving her first year as the VP of Events for FWHRMA.

SANDI REID
VP Membership
Dr. Sandra Reid is currently serving as Chair of the Graduate School of Business at Dallas Baptist University where she has served in various administrative and teaching capacities for over 10 years. She has been recognized for several achievements, the most significant may be as Business Faculty of the Year in 2002.

As well as administrator, Dr. Reid is a professor in marketing, management and technology. She has spoken at several international conferences, presented several articles, and considers herself to be a lifelong learner recently completing post-doctorate work at the University of North Texas.

Prior to joining DBU, Sandra completed a 20-year career at American Airlines where she was an operations manager, controller and project manager.

Dr. Reid is currently conducting a study for future publication that is specifically targeting the Generation Y consumer. As an active volunteer leader in the community, Sandra is currently serving as Vice President of Membership in FWHRMA.

VICKIE DANIEL
VP Community Relations
Vickie Daniel is Director of Human Resources for Cantey & Hanger, L.L.P. where she has worked for 19 years. She has over 24 years of experience in the legal industry.

Vickie's professional memberships include FWHRMA (since 1999), SHRM, and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) - Fort Worth Chapter. Vickie has held positions on the ALA board as HR section chair, VP Membership, President and Past President. She currently serves on the advisory board of Tarrant County College, and serves on the Personnel Committee for the YWCA. Vickie has been a FWHRMA Board member since 2005.

Vickie frequently organizes community projects for the employees at Cantey & Hanger, the members of the Association of Legal Administrators - Fort Worth Chapter, and within her own personal life.

Her extracurricular activities include traveling (which includes a mission trip to Kyrgyzstan); making prayer bags for missionaries to deliver all over the world; making jewelry, working with BeautiControl and spending time with her husband and their two Labs, Eugene and Savanna.

Mike Coffey
VP CommunicationsMike Coffey is president of Imperative Information Group, a background investigations firm serving clients nationally. Mike is a past director for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners and is past chair of their Ethics and Accreditation Committee.  Mike regularly speaks to SHRM chapters on background checks, social media and HR, I-9 compliance and E-Verify, and other HR topics.
Prior to starting the HR consulting firm that evolved into Imperative Information Group, Mike was an HR professional with experience in aerospace, healthcare, and the service industry. Mike has stayed involved with the human resources profession and regularly blogs and podcasts on HR issues at http://blogs.imperativeinfo.com.


COLIN SANOR
Secretary
Colin Sanor has been with The University of Texas at Arlington's Human Resources office since 2000. He currently serves as Employee Relations Representative for University Staff and Faculty, where he provides coaching and advice regarding performance management. He is also a licensed mediator. Colin has previously served in both the Employment and Training areas.

Prior to his work at UT Arlington, Colin worked in Human Resources for FedEx. His responsibilities included Employment, Recruiting, and Training duties in the 500+ employee facility. He is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Southwestern Seminary with a Master's degree in Theology, and The University of Texas at Arlington with an MBA.

Colin received his SPHR in 2008, has been a member of FWHRMA since 2006 and is serving his third term as a board member.

MARILYN BREWSTER
Treasurer
A member of FWHRMA since 2008, Marilyn holds a BBA in Finance with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington, and she is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

With experience in both private industry and federal government accounting, Marilyn joined Electro Acoustics & Video, Inc. in 1996 as its Controller. She oversees all financial aspects of the company and directs its human resources, risk management, contract administration, and office administration functions. She is also employed as the pianist and choir accompanist for St. Luke Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Fort Worth.

KENT SMITH
Past President
Kent R. Smith is a partner in the Fort Worth office of Lynn Pham Ross. He has significant experience representing management at both the trial court level and on appeal in employment litigation and labor law, as well as issues relating to the Workers' Compensation Act, immigration, and drug testing. Kent is actively involved in advising employers in preventing employee relations problems.

Kent graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law and received a BBA, Summa cum Laude, from Abilene Christian University. He is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the American Bar Association. A member of FWHRMA since 2002, this is Kent's third year to serve on the Board of Directors.
